Queen & Ashbridge Project

Context, RioCan Living, Toronto Community Housing and Bluescape Construction Management Inc. are excited to commence with the revitalization of 1555/1575 Queen Street East.


Located at the corner of Queen Street East and Coxwell Avenue, the 3.3 acre site is being redeveloped into a mixed-use development. This project will feature a 17-storey condominium, a 15-storey rental residences and a 10-storey Toronto Community Housing rental building. This will replace the existing 120 units on site and add 100 new affordable rental apartments combined with market rent apartments and condominiums.
